What is your return policy?
We offer a 30 day return policy on standard product orders Refund is available after product inspection – if there is any damage due to freight, mis-handling, or modified packaging, repair fees will be deducted from refund. There is also a repackaging fee for product returns. An RMA number is required to properly accept returns. Contact us to request an RMA number prior to returning product. Custom products are non-returnable.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free ground shipping on rackmount monitors, rackmount LCD panels, and Rackmount LCD Drawers. Expedited shipping is also available.
